Movies on the Bay: Everyone is invited to the free “Movies on the Bay” event at 6:30 p.m. at Tidelands Park, 2000 Mullinex Drive, on Friday, July 26. Attendees will enjoy free pre-screen activities including crafts, games and contests. “Incredibles 2” will be shown on the big screen at 8 p.m. Bring a blanket or beach chair, a jacket and a picnic dinner and movie snacks. This free movie series is sponsored by the Port of San Diego Tidelands Activation Program. 2019 Coronado Valentine’s Day 10K, 5K, and 1-mile Fun Run
Each 10K & 5K participant will receive a high-quality technical t-shirt, an amazing finisher’s medal. The top three finishers in each age category, men’s, women’s, and couples will be awarded Islander Hand Carved Tikis. Whether you are looking for a new 10K or 5K Personal Record (PR), prizes, and/or you just want a great flat course, which is perfect for all abilities throughout beautiful Coronado, then this course is for you.

The City of Coronado and the San Diego Unified Port District, through the Tidelands Activation Program, presents Movies on the Bay 2018. The community is invited to join in this free family-friendly showing of Disney Pixar’s “Coco” on Friday, July 27, at Tidelands Park. Pre-screening activities begin at 6:30 p.m. The movie begins at 8. Bring lawn chairs and blankets for seating.
